The more exercising doesn’t mean healthy.
I just read an article about people and exercise. There are people who think that more exercise and a fit body means total health. When actually the people who exercise more are still showing up at the doctor with illnesses.
Total health isn’t just about weight, fit, or food. For total health you must slow down, turn off the phone, computer, and television. You must make smart food choices. You must slow down exercise like walk a couple of times a day not with the intent on pumping the heart up and running out of breath. When you are eating right and doing slow exercise consistently like yoga or tai-chi you get more out of it as well as health.
So try to eat healthy and slow exercise. See how you feel.
