If you’ve been trying to do the perfect diet or find the perfect diet, there’s not one.
I have read gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan diets and there is some sort of extra expense somewhere. So, I’ve decided to be myself and do what best works for me. What works is gluten-free, omnivore, with more vegan dishes. Do what works for you.
We need to do what hopefully can get us as healthy as possible.
Don’t stress trying to get the perfect diet, because we’ll never get to perfect. There are to many moving parts to just eating. Relax and slow down so you can choose healthier, rather than a drive-thru or packaged food.
